My G935 has been great (comfortable, great sound quality, good mic) so far it has held up. After a recent update it's only recognized as Avnera AV6201, I've tried everything to get it working again (uninstall/reinstall GHub, Device Manager etc) but then plugged it into another computer which never did There's nothing Logitech on it and it's still identified as Avnera so it looks like a hardware issue. A friend brought his G935, plugged it in and it worked perfectly. I tried contacting Logitech support (ticket 4006533) but only got a response after 9 days which was a ready uninstall/reinstall response. I tried to continue working on the application, but again days pass and there are no replies. So I have a dead, under warranty, unsupported G935. I even tried @Logitech and @LogitechG on Twitter but got no response after a few days. I had no choice but to buy a new headset even though it was still under warranty. Guess what's not brand new?
