Too Slow Memory best in Memory

I thought this memory would be faster considering its 3200MHz frequency, but it's actually quite slow; Even after enabling XMP. I had to change the memory profile to 3200MHz in the bios because for some reason the motherboard automatically set it to 2666MHz. But even after the switch, it's still running very slowly.
