So I ordered a 650W fully modular power supply and ended up with a 550W semi-modular power supply. It's okay, it was a simple caption error. However, when I sent it back, the genuine power adapter arrived and it worked fine. for a month. After that, my GPU as well as other random components would start shutting down unless I restarted my computer, but even then my reset button would sometimes stop working, forcing me to disable this thing multiple times. The moment I turn on my PC, only one or two components are receiving power and there is absolutely no visual indication. Unfortunately, after some tests, I found that the problem was actually with this power supply. Worst of all, he died after the return date, so I've lost about $150-$200 now. While I can return it, I would also have to pay shipping to replace it. What amuses me is that I need another version of the same PSU that just died a month later. No thank you. Unfortunately, unable to get a refund, I went and took up business elsewhere. Talk about an expensive lesson. If you decide to order, I hope it works for you.
