I don't think it will work :/
I have a rescue dog that I bought to ease his anxiety a bit. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to help. I've tried guiding him into it and he's still scared of normal noises and I put it on during a thunderstorm tonight and found he was trying to hide in my shoe rack. I think this shirt might fit some but unfortunately it didn't fit my little fella.
