Review on Enhanced Audio Control DQ-61 OEM Sound Processor by Greg Muin

I ordered and received the processor with no problems. Looks like new, in original packaging, with all accompanying documents, cables and carrying handle. Had it been installed by a professional car audio manufacturer as part of a major system upgrade, I might still be able to keep the factory head unit and all the benefits that came with it. The device is defective and this has been proven by professional installers. I wrote to the seller on December 26th and he does not reply. I need to know if this is a factory approved seller in order for Audio Control to honor the warranty. The seller does not answer, so I have a defective device. I do not recommend doing business with this seller.
