I like that we are able see our health insurance benefits online without having an agent do all of this work! It's very helpful in knowing what is available so you don't have any surprises when your open season comes around or if there will be rate increases from year-to -year (which happens every few years).

We've been using EIngagemaybe 3 months now but haven’t had much problems yet other than some minor glitches here &there which they were quick about fixing as well!! You definitely cannot beat their customer service either because anytime something goes wrong someone gets back at me within minutes.
