I was reluctant to pay that much for a deck but I was dying to hear CDs in my 2021 Tacoma. Installation was easy. Plug in the cable and you're done. However, the disc took forever to load and it wasn't happening all the time on my particular device. Multiple eject and insert operations are required to read the disc. The slightest "hit" and it will erupt. Then came the whole blue tooth home network interference problem. Just a complete nightmare for me and it wasn't worth the cost. The auto industry doesn't want you to hear your own music. They want you to subscribe to pay radio and new car features make this device difficult to use.
