I had purchased a different type of hearing aids about a year ago. They have been in the charger most of the time. They hurt my ear and they kept j falling out. I decided to stop being so vain and purchased these over the ear type. I'm so glad I did. I can really hear again. The instructions were very detailed. T the voice of ear pieces have meet plenty to make sure I was comfortable. You can barely see the ear piece. One of the best purchases I have ever made.
