Purchased in the United States in January. The left earpiece quit functioning all of a sudden in the middle of the day sometime around the beginning of April. You are able to hear me, the light is on (in the off position), but it turns off, and the microphone on it is functioning well. If you plug in the AUX, just one ear will function, while the other, the micro, will not. Started googling the issue and found that a significant number of others all over the internet had the same problem. There are a lot of people that possess a G933, and they figured out how to make it work by taking it apart and adjusting the switch that turns it on. This strategy is ineffective for the G935, as the toggle switch is positioned in a manner that is distinct from the standard. I committed a significant amount of time to locating a solution and perusing all of the reviews available. I was disturbed by the fact that Logitech nearly never responds, and when it does, the representatives urge the customer to contact them privately or tell them to do everything that other people have written that they have previously done, such as hard reset, re-pair, and other similar actions. I sent a detailed response to Logitech support in which I detailed all of the actions that I have already taken, which was a condensed version of all of the solutions that I found on the internet. After waiting a day for a response, I was given instructions that were a direct reflection of everything that I had already accomplished. I respond by asking if you have seen my letter, stating that I have already completed all of these tasks, and requesting a replacement. He said that I had purchased them in the United States, and that I was now in the year 2022, at which point I had requested a replacement. It was recommended to me that I get in touch with the shop where I made the purchase; however, the company does not offer a guarantee that is valid in other countries, therefore they are unable to assist me in any way. I have been a customer of Logitech for a very long time. I have owned a number of their products, including mice, headphones, a keyboard, and two gamepads. In a nutshell, for more than ten years I have been under the impression that Logitech is synonymous with producing high-quality computer peripherals. I have a fairly level head about this situation since I am aware that marriage is a possibility and that perhaps I am simply unfortunate. I was astounded by the number of others on the Internet who were experiencing the same issue but were not receiving assistance, and the number of people who talked to me on the support forum but refused to assist, claiming that this was not their issue. I don't ever want to do business with this particular firm again.
