Bought this to upgrade my crappy Harbor Freight giveaway. The Neoteck counter looked like an upgrade and had good reviews. Mine is almost new and has completely lost the ability to measure AC voltage correctly. I have attached photos. I've been working on 240v lines and it said they were dead or very low voltage for a moment like 8 when they should have been powered. Then the next day I confirmed it was bad and was really shocked to see it reading almost zero volts on my breaker box when my old port freight meter told me the voltage was still very high! I've tried many times to check for bad contact on the wires, but it seems to be the meter itself. The producer of something that can kill you if you refuse should do much better to ensure that this doesn't happen!
