In 2016 I ordered 4 extra lights they were great my 50 inch front light fell apart and I ordered a new one the one I had previously ordered was discontinued but an updated panel was available when it arrived available, my 2014 toy taco was at the auto shop for some upgrades so i prepped the cord with connectors and waited for my truck to be ready. I ordered a 50" rod, the box that arrived had 50" decals and the rod was 52"? I contacted the company and a spate of emails began blaming others than Auxbeam. I asked a simple question, I know the quality of the product, 3 years for an external item on my truck is pretty good, I use light strips for boar hunting and very successful. They didn't promise me that if I sent this one back and ordered another light bar I would actually get 50" not the 52" I got. They blamed me, they accused Revain of mislabeling the boxes (although they came straight from the Chinese factory already in boxes.) Revain, no matter what you think of this company, doesn't label the contents of the items before shipping, so sorry, that's the best I've gotten from these guys could, they offered 5% discount if I re-order but would not guarantee that I would get the lightbar I ordered so NO MORE AUXBEAM for me. Also, all my lamps, two (2) 12" one (1 ) 20 inches, one (1) 50 inches, over the course of 6 months moisture on the inside of the front plastic window but this never caused any problems with blocks ruining ours I still have 3 on my cap au installed f the back of my pickup truck, hope this helps others with ordering errors, I order a hard block which costs a lot more money but much better quality.jw
