I was very surprised at how efficient this product is.I wanted something that would lessen the time and effort spent on cut up vegetables and it did that and more. I decided to try the equipment especially as the cost was so reasonable, that if it didn't work, my list would be minimal. Well, if it went kaput today, I'd have gotten back what I paid for it plus more. It has earned a prominent place in my kitchen. I've used it to not also slice and shred vegetables, but grate cheese for pasta dishes, ingredients for baking and clean up is a breeze. I'd recommend this product.
