My mechanic installed one of these on my 2003 Accord EX-L and it made a big and easily noticeable difference. I put 105000 on the previous one and it wore out. Should also be exchanged when changing the toothed belt, since the V6 torque puts a lot of strain on it. Always replace a hydraulic motor mount with a hydraulic one, never replace a hydraulic motor mount with a rigid motor mount. highlighted.
