I like that they are willing to work with you, even if your budget isn't huge! They will help guide through all aspects including color palettes/designs etc., but also do some research into what kind(and how much) product would be best suited towards an event or project type (like weddings). The customer service can sometimes feel rushed at times; however it wasn’t too bad overall - just make sure there aren” t any last minute changes made by another designer who has not been involved from start till finish!! We were looking forward working alongside them because we knew their experience was going to benefit us greatly so this came across really well during our first meeting when discussing ideas &amp price range options..
