The item appears to be used. Dirty with scratches. My multimeter didn't work so I couldn't test the circuit breaker. The only thing that looks new are the 4 mounting screws. Ordered another one in case they made a mistake but the second is similar to the first. Will return the second switch. The seller must state that the breakers are fixed so that the buyer knows what to expect.
