The lid was missing and the seal was leaking

I'm sure the product will be great but as soon as I opened the box there was no lid on the product. I checked the box, and since it was just that, and some hot chocolate and an airbag, it wasn't hard to miss that it wasn't included. I don't know how anyone wraps a fragrance bottle without a cap and know that you won't use it all at once and once you've used it you can't close it again. I saw a wet spot on the box over the missing lid and when I turned the aroma upside down it actually leaked so it must now be thrown away as I won't be using anything I don't know what was. made for it. I'm not sure if it's just a gasket issue, why it's leaking, or if it's a hole. Of course now you're thinking if it's a hole someone did something to it, especially since there was no cover, and anyway they sent it to me. So I had to call and send another one. UPDATE: So customer service sent another one and since they shipped it, they decided to hold another one of my orders and ship both. Well I've been sitting here waiting for nothing to come out. Sunday I called and literally all I got was it had been delayed on the way and when I asked why they were sent together and now the 2 items were mixed up I got no answer. I also asked why every time I had to replace an item it always got lost. I did not get an answer. So called on a Monday and I got a rude representative who, even after I told her why I was calling, kept asking if I was calling for vanilla and I said I would call about 2 items as she's obviously mixed up are. Angry at her she went to logistics and I said everything is fine but I wanted to speak to the manager because I'm not sitting here and I don't know when that will happen. She threw me into logistics instead of asking her and telling me like the previous representative because they lost my package and she didn't want to tell me or call the manager so I had to call again and go through the whole thing. again. Finally found a manager who apologized and sent me a new bottle which I received today with a real cap. However when asked for tips they are not even in stock now until the 20th and for some reason half of what I paid she returns the money to me and gives me a $10 credit and says she found the set for 11.43. I get off my phone and click on their link and literally didn't get either of the tips I wanted. I couldn't find them anywhere and sat here spending $12 for 2 tips compared to $6 for 3 and was advertised as $3 for 3 at the time. The whole order was a mess and we'll see if I get my other 2 tips by Friday as that other package didn't show up again.
