What I love about this supplement is that it gives you a solid BCAA supplement with no unwanted additives. Some consider adding glutamine to be nonsense, but it can be helpful for recovery, as can 2:1:1 BCAAs. And that is all this supplement contains. I like it. There aren't many things I can't say or find to research. So this is a reliable source of BCAAs with added glutamine and nothing else. But once you get into math, this may not be the most cost-effective source. Other BCAA supplements contain a larger amount of 2:1:1 amino acids. Like 2.5/1.25/1.25 grams per serving. It's more BCAA with a lower price per 30 servings (many are $17-$20). So even if another brand comes with some extra fillers, if they have a higher nutrient ratio, it's a better price. difference next month. The only difference I see so far is less junk, but also less BCAAs per serving. And at $24.95 for 30 servings, there are better options. Update*** I drank the whole bottle and switched to another source of BCAA supplements. I didn't notice any difference between them. I still give it 4 stars because it's filler free and I love that it works at night when your body is recovering. But I can't say it's more effective for recovery. Overall I think it's a solid product but not a rock solid novelty that everyone should have.
