I'm a web professional and work primarily with sRGB graphics, not a photographer using Adobe RGB, so this review only applies to the former (although the monitor covers both gamuts very well). I recently replaced a great Samsung monitor with this Dell and also bought an i1 Display Pro calibration tool to get as close as possible to my NEC PA272W monitor (first time getting pretty close - this NEC model comes with its own Version of the same supplied calibration tool, but with a different software security). I have a PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, Android phones, Kindle tablets and a few other weird devices that I use to test my web experience and have been able to calibrate the monitor to give a fair representation of those devices (with some brightness). Differences between them of course and a slight color change). The monitor display is very sharp and the extra screen real estate is fantastic (2560 x 1440). As a side note, if you have this monitor and are having trouble running the Dell Ultrasharp Calibration Solution (DUCS) because the firmware cannot be updated (no monitor error found), make sure you close the Dell Display Manager application before You update the firmware and everything should be fine.
