I've bought so many steak knives over the years. If they were satisfactory, they would last for several years, but no more. These knives were a bit more expensive but it was worth it so I bought another set. They are heavy and supple in the hand, perfectly weighted and balanced. They are so sharp that they can cut transparent tomato slices. They cut through steaks and chops effortlessly. They come with small lids due to their sharpness and are perfectly packaged. I would recommend these steak knives to anyone. I would buy other knives from this manufacturer. You are perfect!
