fantastic! I travel for work and this keeps my phone/GPS out of the cup holder and where I can see it better. It also prevents the phone from resting its weight on the charging connector or earbuds when plugged in. The mounting plate easily fits in my otter box, but only in the sleek suburban style. A bulkier model with a heavier guard will push the limits of holding capacity, but that's due to the gap between the plate and the magnet. I ordered several of these as gifts for my colleagues.
