I always use Instant Ocean Reef Crystals and have always been satisfied. My last bag wasn't packed well and had a hole in it, but the quality wasn't affected. Since working with a large bag is a bit of a hassle and will eventually absorb moisture if not sealed properly, do yourself a favor and use ziplock bags to separate the measured amount of salt. Then use a marker to write on the outside how much water you get. I have a 30 gallon aquarium and I usually do 3 gallon water changes so I have 1.5 cup bags of salt. I can then adjust as needed once I've measured the salt level, but it's better than taking out the measuring cup every time.
