I really wanted to like this product. It has a nice design and appears to be well put together. The buttons and layout are very nice and intuitive; However if you are looking for a real massage I would only give it one star. Another star for factor and form. If you like arm blood pressure monitors, this is for you. don't say I didn't warn you. I will return mine because it just doesn't massage my hand. Imagine what would happen if two airbags were simply inflated and deflated. I don't feel any kneading movements or rollers built into this thing. Great concept but bad function.
