I like how easy it was to set up my account. It has been very helpful in tracking our social media campaigns for both internal use (employees) and external uses (clients). The reporting features are great! They have helped us improve our overall performance by giving us more insight into what's working and not working with regards to our posts/social media content. We also use this tool to track referrals from other platforms such as Google Adwords and Bing Ads. This helps me ensure we're creating quality content which will drive traffic back to our website or blog.
