The best feature is the integration with Google Analytics. It is easy to set up and very easy to use. I like that it is a one stop shop for all of my customer loyalty needs. I like how easy it was to set up my account. It has been very helpful in tracking our social media campaigns for both internal use (employees) and external uses (clients). The reporting features are great! They have helped us improve our overall performance by giving us more insight into what's working and not working with regards to our posts/social media content. It's very easy to use for both social media marketers & non-social people alike! The support team are always willing/able help you out if need be so they're definitely worth having around in my opinion - there isn't anything I dislike about it really but maybe not enough content areas?
