Review on Social Spiral by John Bourgeois

It's very easy to use for both social media marketers & non-social people alike! The support team are always willing/able help you out if need be so they're definitely worth having around in my opinion - there isn't anything I dislike about it really but maybe not enough content areas? If this was addressed then we could create more customised reports etc which would have been useful when trying get our campaigns going at first (it can take some time getting used too). We've created accounts with several other providers before using them here including MailChimp who were good value compared to others however didn’t offer any additional integration features like ours do hence why chose us instead!!
