Love them! on my review.

My body instantly relaxes when I put these on. Do I expect complete auditory sensory deprivation—no, I like that I can still make out what my husband is saying to me, but they just help my brain feel quieter. My ears can relax. They are well made, comfortable, though I do have a petite sized head, but the ear muffs slide down and adjust. They are snug, but not too tight for me—perfect amount of pressure to muffle the outside world.

Cons

These earmuffs do not cancel noise! I can still hear everything around me. Returning.

I got these for my 11 year old who has ASD and they block out just enough noise. I tried them on as well and they’re plenty comfy.
