5ft 11in, 240#, 2XLI Wear tights underneath for winter rides. I drove 20 km a few hours ago. The heat wasn't an issue, however I wouldn't recommend not wearing underwear underneath in these temperatures. They blocked the wind well - I was happy with that. I use a Brooks saddle and had to keep shifting my butt backwards because it would slide forward. I've been using them for a few years now. Something to consider. I wore them on my belly button and they fit great. If you have a man under your belly, they will work for a long time and may not work. Will keep them in my rotation - For the price they are a good option if you have saddle problems. So I won't wear them on long trips.
