I've only used this frying pan once but it worked very well and really didn't stick. The food is well cooked and doesn't burn at all. The food literally slipped out of the pan. It's quite large and can easily handle a large order of what you're cooking. The pan is a lot lighter than I expected, so I hope it doesn't turn out to be a less workhorse. I got rid of my old non-stick Calphalon pan which had lost almost all of its non-stick properties. But it was quite heavy and conducted heat very well throughout the cooking process. I can't say for sure if this pan does the same or not because I haven't used it enough yet. Hopefully. At the same time, it seems to be a very high quality frying pan.
