Review on Pony Jorgensen 2680 8 Inch C Clamp by Chris Long

Received two of these clamps yesterday. During the ordering process I was pleased to read that they are made from parts imported from the US and overseas but assembled in Chicago. Relax. But the ones I received yesterday clearly state on the box/label that they are made in China. I know a lot of things are made in China these days (obviously an American couldn't make a clip like that), but if something claims to be made in Chicago, don't expect the product to say it was made. in China (Is there a Chicago in China? Maybe this is a confusion). Haven't used them yet so can't comment on strength or quality. I expect them to work the same as other Chinese tools.
