Review on Timetec 64GB DDR4 3600MHz PC4-28800 CL18 Non-ECC Unbuffered Gaming Memory Module Upgrade by Jason Rogness

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent speed/performance and stability for the price

To be honest these products are incredibly underrated but I'm sure that's part of what keeps the price down so I'm not really complaining . And by "such products" I mean DRAM that focuses almost entirely on function rather than form or "gaming" aesthetics. The truth is that heatspreaders are way over the top even for a 3600MHz kit so I'd rather not pay a penny. additionally for her. Likewise, I don't care about RGB support, so it's nice to have an option that takes the nonsense out of the equation entirely. However, it's nice to see that Timetec has opted for black PCBs with these DIMMs so that they don't get noticed. full rated speed in both XMP and manual overclocking. I suspect it could probably be boosted higher/faster, but I don't need it and 3600MHz is already enough for a Ryzen 3 3200G APU (definitely a nice graphics boost over the slower 2400MHz kit I was using. All in all, this is a great 2x8GB kit and quite a steep price tag of around $65 compared to other gamer-focused brands, which is quite surprising considering they still use Hynix memory modules.
