False, never sealed.

Obviously the processing of both flanges is complete scrap. I don't know how anyone is looking at them, or even nobody is looking at them, but they are sent in an unusable state. I understand these are cheap alternatives, but they need to have flat flanges, which is the easiest part of the whole process.
