I bought this to replace the spark plugs on my Toyota Tundra 5.7L engine. The pivot was just what I needed to get into a few tight spots. The base and extension almost match the depth of the spark plug, so with the extra extensions (3" or 6" depending on spacing) everything worked perfectly. The magnetic socket holds the spark plugs very firmly, but also releases them easily. Much better than the old rubber grommet inner bushing. The swivel joint was sufficient to insert and remove the plugs at different angles for each cylinder without "flexibility". Note that it doesn't rotate very far. So if you want a tighter right angle, this won't work. I've attached a photo showing it from the widest angle. Quality and workmanship are very good; comparable to snap-on or Craftsman tools. Worth the money for a DIY project. Saved about $100 in labor costs.
