Ah Ribbon Adapter. Are you not yet mastering new technologies in your car? Love the feeling when you plug in a cassette but sad that nobody else is recording on it? Dressing up a puncture wound can help. But like a band-aid, it does not protect against inevitable and imminent doom. It worked great for the first 6 months, even if my passengers laughed endlessly about it, but then it happened. The sound quality suffered even more when the cable connecting it to the plug began to break and my sweet tunes crackled. Then my cute cassette player decided to discard the tech patch and started spitting it back out to me. What happens to this innocent looking plastic device from China with a strange brand name?
