I don't sleep well. I sleep about 2-3 hours and then I wake up and can't go back to sleep. The first night I used the duvet, I slept almost 7 hours. I haven't done that in years. I have a 15 pound blanket. Not too hot and you won't freeze. It's soft and the blue is a beautiful blue. My son slept in it one night and he wants it too. I slept about 6 hours last night. I take that as a win. There is something about the weight that helps you sleep, I can't tell you what it is, but it works as advertised. good price too. My only problem is that I'm traveling for work and I can't take it with me. I look forward to the moment when I get home, climb into my bed and crawl under the covers.
