Helps reduce insomnia, improves sleep quality
I have mild insomnia, sometimes a night or two a week. I wanted a more mechanical solution, not medical. So I decided to try a weighted blanket to see if it relieves the syndrome. So far I have found this product to improve the quality and duration of my sleep. I fall asleep faster. A bit warm for the summer but very comfortable and relaxing if you turn the AC low enough. The fabric is soft and smooth. But I don't think it can be machine washed due to its weight. Overall a great product for the money.
