I bought this device so my first grader could have a computer for a virtual school. I wanted her to have a larger monitor to reduce eye strain, and I wanted her to have a Windows PC instead of the Chromebook she used with Microsoft Teams previously. Arrival: The computer arrived within two days, which was much earlier than the stated delivery date. I was very happy about it. It was well packed. Directions were ok. It's a decent machine for the money. The processor is restored with no obvious scratches. New HP monitor. They did a good job and provided more than enough cables. I forgot how noisy those old desktops can be. Problem: Unfortunately, the computer did not start on arrival. I have a non-system disk or disk error. I assumed the hard drive was disconnected but didn't want to open the case as I didn't know how this would affect the warranty. Support: Support Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. I found the bug at 10pm. I sent an email to the address given on the website. I called her the next day. I had to select the Revain client option for someone to answer the call. Their clues try to get you to leave your callback number. I won't go into the details of how annoying that was. I have never come across TV tips like their system before. Interesting. The young man who helped me was very helpful. He asked me to open the case and plug in the hard drive. I did this and the machine started. As soon as someone answered the call, everything was fine. I have a Logitech webcam and a Logitech USB headset connected. Driver loaded without problems. We practiced a Zoom call to make sure all the peripherals were ready for school next week. I've used ethernet and wifi with no problems. Keyboard and mouse are basic. I actually like that they are hanging from wires so she doesn't drop them on the floor as often. After she breaks them, I'll replace them with the wireless device we have at home. If I have any problems with this device I will update the review. If I didn't have a hard drive issue I would give them a 5. For the money it's worth a try.
