I don't think there is anything wrong with this product. It does exactly what it's designed to do and the instructions were pretty clear. I suggest you microwave it for about ten seconds to make it easier to apply to the skin. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't work on people with thick hair. I am a very hairy girl and have used this male product on myself. I guess this should work better for me than a woman's jar because it's stereotypical that men have coarser hair. The sugar only collected 50% of the hair each time I pulled the strip. I keep having to come back and it might not work even the second time. I tried it on my brother and it worked, but he's a skinny man. The product sometimes pulls the hair instead of pulling it out, so it can be very painful. Overall I think this product is great but only for people with very thin and frizzy hair. This may not work if you have very thick, tousled hair like mine.
