But anyway, these from EverOne, use suction. I was very surprised that suction can actually help. The power and amount of suction can be controlled, by the way. I asked my wife to do this for me on my back and lower back. After long sport activities, I tend to get lower back ache; I usually put ice and/or joint creams. I did not need any of that after a treatment of the EverOne suction cups. I felt great the following day.Please note that instructions are not the best, and if I never used this in the past, I would have had issues using this. I would recommend for the seller to include a very good instructional video. Also, note that the material is not as durable as I would have liked it to be.
