Easy to set up and maintain, easy to use, very configurable in terms of features/applications. A few of the application are not as intuitive as i would like them to be. For example, I wish I could see all my users' email accounts just by clicking on their mailbox icon instead of having to search through all emails. Also, sometimes it's difficult to access your mailboxes when using some applications. A great solution especially if you need robust antivirus protection for your computer. I highly recommend this product to other small businesses. They have a great support team and they can help you with any issues that arise. We do get spam messages everyday in our office which is easily blocked by the anti-spam service that is included in this software.
