It's great. I use them as motivational snacks. Once a week I chop up a ton of carrots and celery sticks and put them in these containers with some dressing or sauce in a little tank so all I have to do is reach into the fridge when I feel like a snack, crunchy, and a little veggie plate is ready for one! Let's be serious, I will never stop doing what I'm doing and start peeling carrots whenever I feel the urge to eat. I'm almost looking forward to the vegetables, because at least they're already done.
