Warm and charming; suitable for small
This hat is so cute on my baby (partially just because my baby is perfect!). It definitely fits the little one as other reviewers have mentioned, my little boy is 15 months old and I have the big one and it fits him perfectly now. It kept him warm on snowshoe hikes and short walks in 20 degrees.
