Convenient and quick way update info between systems internally

I like most of what it can do, however not all features are available in our version (not sure if this would be different with other versions). We use RFIs for tracking customer requests/issues. It helps us keep track of issues across multiple departments within an organization without having to manually enter data into another system or create reports ourselves. This makes life easier! Also we were able to easily connect directly from RFI's to Salesforce - so now when someone submits their request through any means they get tracked right away! The only thing i dislike about RFi is how old fashioned some aspects feel; but thats probably just me being picky :) If you're looking for something simple & easy to set up then look at rightslogics free trial first as there may some limitations which will need configuring outside of those limits. Tracking issue resolution times has been much more.
