I bought this phone last month and I love it. I work from home as a telemarketer and make 150-300 calls a day on this phone. I've used very expensive Plantronix and Vxi phones and headsets in the past, paying $150-$300 for them, and found I had problems with callers not hearing me well. There are no such problems with this phone. It comes with a phone, a headset, an earpiece and a stand to hang the headset in one place. Nothing extra to buy like other companies. It has an easy to read caller ID display and is a nice solid phone with big buttons that is so easy to use for my work. because. I highly recommend this product and wish I had spent that much money on other phones before finding this deal!
