Excellent phone. I wanted my hands free and my neck was stiff from my old phone. I use the headset all the time. People tell me they can't tell I'm wearing a headset. I think the phone's speaker is not loud enough. I haven't figured out how to increase the volume when using the speakerphone.

Decent phone, all features work as promised but the headset that came with it showed heavy feedback after only 45 days of use. I've never pulled, stepped on, or damaged the cord and no wobble will get it working. Broadcast to two other bases, including one on a separate line, so it's definitely a headset. Very frustrating. But that is only a small part of the whole.

It almost worked for me I had the following problems: The speakerphone volume was too low and sometimes the microphone didn't pick up my voice loud enough for the person I was talking to. Handset volume was generally good, but on some calls I wish it was louder. .The volume control applies only to the headset, not to the handset or speakerphone. I use this phone when I work from home and it does its job well. The headset fits well and the people on the other end of the line can hear me perfectly. The dial pad has large keys and is easy to use. My only two issues are that if you press these buttons while using the headset, the noise almost blows out of my ear and there doesn't seem to be a way to turn that off. I bought this phone last month and I love it. I work from home as a telemarketer and make 150-300 calls a day on this phone. I've used very expensive Plantronix and Vxi phones and headsets in the past, paying $150-$300 for them, and found I had problems with callers not hearing me well.
