It was great while it lasted, but the picture started to glitter after less than two months of very infrequent use. It is currently being returned to LG for resolution. Let's see how it goes. Customer service was mediocre. I had to email them again after waiting a week for a shipping label despite being told the label would be emailed in 2-3 business days. I will update my review once I get it back and it will last longer than the warranty. I put a reminder on my calendar for this. If this turns out to be a fluke I might consider buying an LG in the future, but now is not the time to ask. At this point, if you know of a company with a better track record, I would buy from that company instead. Quick Update: The fix was pretty quick and it seems to be working fine again. It would be nice to get status updates from LG, even if it was just that it was sent, but at least I got it back and it's working. For now I've changed my rating from 1 star to 2. I'm still planning to upgrade again after the warranty expires. If it's still working well at this point I'll reconsider my review. Last updated 30-Mar-22 : Still working after being patched in December 2020 after moderate usage. Upgrade to 3 stars.
