Looks and feels strong. Management sucks!

When it arrived the product was much heavier than I expected in such a small box. That's good considering it has to carry up to 1000 pounds. When the box was opened there were a few parts and a full instruction manual included. I'm a handyman so I read all about assembly in case I'm missing something small. I have to say this is by far one of the worst guides I have ever read. Small images are not detailed enough. The ink is light as if the printer ran out of black ink and the manual was actually a general manual for products like the 9x socket they have. Props for it being in three languages but I was hoping they put more effort into creating custom manuals for each product. I tried to find an installation video on their website but they don't seem to have one either. After trial and error and trying to decipher some of the manual's written language, I was finally able to piece it together. See posted photos. I installed it on the driver's side because it would be most convenient when you get out of the car, but it also blocks information about my trailer instructions. My trailer tongue is 3 inches high and 2 inches wide. The instructions then call for screws on top of the tab, which I did (scratches the tab when screwing it in) and then the bottom screw on the underside of the panel where it has two screw holes. Put it in the closest screw hole next to the tab. For a 3" x 2" tongue like my pendant, it should be pretty tight since the instructions say they shouldn't be more than 1/16" apart. I spent a lot more time on this than I could have figured out are supposed to, but if the instructions were clearer with more detailed pictures it would be much better.
