I like that it allows people who have no coding experience, or limited knowledge in C# (or other code), be able to create their own custom app for our customers without having someone else do all this work instead they are building exactly what is needed by them! Also being an excel user myself i am not surprised at how easy citias interface looks compared to others out there as well..

nothing really dislike about using anything from citiaprocessing so far but maybe more time will tell if any new features come up which would help me improve my productivity even further!! The main benefit we get when creating apps ourselves rather than outsourcing these types of things has been cost effectiveness along side quality results delivered, plus its allowed us access into areas outside normal working hours too :).
