Review on Samsung Galaxy A51 (128GB by Kevin Elliott

Revainrating 5 out of 5

3 Details Reviews usually do not take into account. Samsung A51

Bought this phone for my girlfriend after watching several videos and text reviews. Another new phone so not much out there. When I saw the a50 being a huge success I figured the a51 would be solid. A note I took of the breed said that 6GB RAM is only 4. There were no stickers on the box but everything looked intact so I'm not sure if the stickers ever were. I charged the phone and checked. Here's what you need to know that I couldn't get from a review, but a little here and there. 1. The box contains a small white box with a SIM eject tool on the outside. Inside is a nice transparent case. It's nice to have protection, especially when it's gifted in such a way that the owner can buy something and be protected.2. Also yes there is a protective film on the screen and it doesn't look like a cheap film to tear off, photos are attached.3. The last detail that the reviews never mention is the night mode or night vision, right? Yes, choose more with the camera open and there are night shots. You must be very still as the camera will capture multiple long exposures. The darker, the longer the waiting time. Looks good but isn't a Pixel 4. Will all A51 phones have a case and protection installed? I do not know. I bought both because no seller or review mentioned it. I played around with the phone a bit, here is my opinion. Wide-angle and macro are only suitable for cameras designed for shooting outdoors on a sunny day. The indoor lighting must be strong, otherwise the images will be noisy and the noise reduction will be obvious. The main part is slightly better. Too many pixels on the main camera means lots of noise and aggressive noise reduction. If the light is insufficient, always take night shots whenever possible. Focusing from the main camera is quick, I didn't have much time to learn anything else. Oh yeah, there's a Pro mode for manual settings. The selfie camera has too many pixels, so low light is not the best option. Works in Northern California with ATT LTE backlight. Here in this small town of 5,000, the indoor ATT speed test was 102Mbps. No problem. According to my friend, the call quality is good. The speaker is a one-off and only average quality. The screen is big and looks great. The pinhole camera is very small, even smaller than the Note Ten. The fit and finish is good and the color and rainbow on the back looks great and it's hard to photograph. There have been some mentions that the phone has NFC, but it's disabled. I don't use it, haven't checked, take a look around if this is a deal breaker for you. For money like that, there's no point in crying about what's not in the phone. My friend loves the long battery life, large screen with thin bezels, good overall performance, and three cameras. Five stars for this $300 phone.
