7 5/8 from XL to XXL according to the chart and they don't feel too tight - tight which I like , but not overly tight. And I'm saying that after dressing both and changing back and forth since they arrived this morning. I plan to wear them as balaclavas and as hats. I am in the process of ordering a second pair the same day the first pair arrived. So they are easy to keep clean.
