I purchased these for my 93 year-old mom whose feet are always cold. She said they are warm and comfortable. She hadn't had them a couple of weeks before the thread started raveling. I missed the return deadline, so now she's stuck with socks she can't wear. I live in another state, so I haven't physically seen the socks. I'm disappointed that she can no longer wear them because of the poor craftsmanship.
